Urgent Recall Alert: Contamination Concerns

A recent recall has been issued for specific products marked with the establishment number “G1804” found on their cartons.

These items were distributed to various locations across Ohio and Texas and intended for foodservice in states like Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Iowa. There’s a chance they may have been shipped nationwide. The issue came to light after the FSIS received a tip regarding possible contamination. Following a detailed investigation, FSIS scientists determined that while the use of the cleaning solution poses negligible risks, it’s safer to exercise caution.

Despite the low threat level associated with Class III recalled products, and no confirmed adverse reactions reported, anyone experiencing health concerns should consult a healthcare professional. To safeguard your health, the FSIS urges consumers and foodservice providers to discard or return any affected products immediately. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
