Groundbreaking Proposal Aims to Replace Franklin with Trump on the $100 Bill

(Konstruct Telemedia) – In a bold political move, a new piece of legislation has been introduced that could revolutionize American currency: a proposal to replace Benjamin Franklin’s iconic image on the $100 bill with that of former President Donald Trump.

Texas Representative Brandon Gill, the mastermind behind this eye-catching initiative, asserts that Trump’s contributions to the nation deserve recognition on one of the country’s most prominent banknotes. “While many might envision President Trump enjoying his golden years on the golf course, he has chosen to dedicate himself to the service of our country,” Gill declared. “He’s tackling vital issues like border security, trade disparities, and the pursuit of energy independence head-on.”

Dubbed “The Golden Age Act,” this legislation takes inspiration from Trump’s own proclamation of ushering in a “golden age” for America during his presidency. The bill has garnered additional support from Texas Representative Troy Nehls, who has joined Gill as a co-sponsor, signaling a united front on this controversial yet captivating proposal.

If the legislation gains traction, it would require the U.S. Treasury Secretary to unveil a preliminary design of the revamped $100 bill by the close of next year, ultimately ensuring Trump’s visage graces the currency by the end of 2028—right at the conclusion of a potential second term.

While initial reactions indicate the bill has not yet gained significant momentum, Gill remains optimistic about its prospects. “There has been no one who has done more to bring America into this golden age than President Trump,” he asserted passionately. “Featuring him on the $100 bill is a fitting tribute to honor the remarkable achievements we expect in the years to come.”
